1.1. Upon receiving the products, the Customer is required to inspect them thoroughly and note any visible defects or discrepancies on the delivery note, including the date. Any such reservations must be reported to the supplyparts.net within 3 days via email and by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Failure to report any issues within this period will result in forfeiture of the right to make any claims against the Company.

1.2. If a package is damaged during transit and the Customer decides to refuse delivery, the package must be returned to the carrier immediately. Should the return be delayed, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, if the Customer unjustifiably refuses the delivered products, the supplyparts.net reserves the right to charge a management fee of 150 euros (excluding tax) in addition to the shipping costs.

1.3. Products may only be returned with prior, explicit authorization from the Company and must be done within 30 days from the date of delivery. If returning due to apparent defects or discrepancies, the Customer must follow the notification procedure outlined in Section 1.1. Damaged items will not be accepted.

1.4. Returns will not be accepted for personalized products or those sold as part of special promotions or labeled as “final sale” or “while stocks last.” For returns accepted by the merchant, other than those for defects, non-conformity, or warranty claims as specified by the seller, a restocking fee of 10% of the order amount, plus shipping costs, will apply.

1.5. Refunds for returned goods will be processed via bank transfer and will exclude any compensation. All refunds will be subject to deductions for shipping costs, restocking fees, and any other charges owed by the Customer to the merchant.
